I know people were discussing Spine Chill and players with hearing issues/loss earlier:

If I'm hard of hearing and your scratch marks can disappear/not spawn (per today's video) for free (w/o injury/blood at times) while you're ducking behind a wall, wouldn't this be a similar scenario?

    I wouldn't say so- there are a lot of things in the game that remove scratch marks, there are even killers whose powers include it by default. While it probably does still pose a challenge to those with worse hearing (even myself, with only one bad ear, can struggle with audio tracking), it's wayyyy more inherent to the game than a specific perk people bring to cover for a lack of accessibility.

    There are a lot of tracking tools that don't require scratch marks, too. I think it's fine.
