Brainstorming interesting game mechanics

I have a few ideas for game mechanics that would function independent from perks and be present in every match.

For Survivors:

Fog touched Generator parts-

The entity has hidden 3 generator parts incredibly well around the map. For example: A piston, a cog wheel, and some electrical wires. They blend in with the environment but can be interacted by survivors and picked up. These parts can be placed, at max, onto one gen per part. Or all three parts can be placed into a single gen. These parts add a 5% increase speed to gen repair per part. Installment of the part will take 20 seconds. One survivor can only hold one part.

An in-game mechanic independent of perks that is completely optional. The parts are small and blend in with the environment, making them incredibly hard to find (spawn points should be erratic....better hidden than totems and move to random spawn points at X intervals). These parts are not necessary to repairing all gens and escaping the match, mostly to be used as a small one time buff. A fun side mechanic similar to an egg hunt. May be helpful in breaking a 3 gen.

For Killers:

The entity's Pet-

The entity is ever watchful and willing to help you get the kill. In a match, one random crow will spawn in as the entity's pet. The killer can identify the crow by it being the only crow not to fly away or be disturbed by survivor or killer. The killer can interact with the crow as a request for the entity's help.

The mechanic of the crow is a one time survivor finder. When the killer interacts with the crow it will fly in the direction of the survivor furthest from you. Once the crow reaches the survivor, they will scream revealing their location. The crow will then fly over the survivors head for 10 seconds and persist if they enter a locker.
