Killer changes was done wrong, wont help killers and it's bad for survivors
Title.
Firstly the faster recovery and smaller sprint burst is great to see no doubt about that but that's where the good stops.
Longer solo gens creates a repair simulator without any input from the killer, this means a camping killer gets more value by base so good luck doing all those 90 second gens.
Nerfed all gen defense perks due to the 10 extra seconds, while I understand you want gen defense not to be a requirement this just wasnt the way to do it and killers will still run at least 2 gen defense perks. Killers needed base changes like survivors getting BT base.
Better changes would of been keeping gens at 80seconds, increasing the time it takes for 2 survivor to complete a gen, whenever a killer gets a hook reduce the highest gen by 5% and have a baby corrupt for X seconds to just stop survivors all instantly jumping on gens and THEN you nerf gen perks and punish camping.
No changes made in this update really benefits or encourages killers to run non gen defense or go for hooks over camping... even the DS nerf will encourage tunneling more.

M1 killer need base movement speed 120%.
The changes were not that bad for sirvivors and killers had a bit of a deserve buff, a minority always excluded needs something good in their lives. The basekit of most of the cast of killers needed a buff or QoL change like on pyramid heaf which is very clunky.
Killers without movement powers are better off camping.
This will not change until:
1) Killers get a perk that makes survivors stop repairing a generator immediately to get the person off the hook. Imagine for example if this game rule were added without a perk slot: While one survivor is on a hook one generator will remain blocked as long as the killer is more than 16m away from the hook.
2) All killers have some form of mobility to traverse maps larger than 9000m². There could for example be a "cross map teleport" added as a map element that only the killer can interact with.
