A new item

What are the community thoughts on a new survivor item? The one I had in mind would be overpowered but it was a fun little Idea, an inhaler thats a one use item, depending on the rarity it would remove 10/15/20 % of current exhaustion from the exhaustion meter.

Wasnt saying it did, just thinking up new items, like I said it would be way too op to put in the game purely a hypothetical.
