Addon exchange system?

Since we're getting the grind changes in relation to perks, might i suggest something similar to addons?

I'd like the ability to swap an addon of any tier to an addon of the same tier or lower, and this will be able to be done in multiples, with a small bloodpoint fee perhaps

For example, lets say i have 37 padded jaws i most likely will never use, and I'm running low on makeshift wrap (love this addon), i can trade all 37 jaws into wraps
