Off the Record - too strong in endgame?

these numbers are wildly high. XD are you sure it's not supposed to be 6/7/8 seconds? XD

this perk seems like an almost guaranteed escape if one is even moderately close to a 99ed/open exit gate.

maybe drop the numbers significantly, or i'd prefer to have Exit Gates regress to the last activated bulb so 99ing is no longer a thing. that would help a number of endgame issues, i feel, and this may be the time to do it.

    It seems like the old DS that they were trying to remove and now it's become Off the Record...

    yeah, if their issue is guaranteed escape in endgame, i'm in total agreement. i like the DS changes, but OtR has been overlooked. my guess is best strat is to hit them immediately upon unhook to get rid of the speed boost right away.

    in any case, the game needs to lose 99ing. that will help a lot.
