With the coming changes to Self Care and Iron Will, add this effect to Iron Will?

Can an effect like Bite the Bullet be added to Iron Will, except that it only prevents the perk user from screaming (loud noise notification) when others fail healing skill checks on them?

My friend started playing Dead by Daylight and wanted to play Claudette for her Self Care perk. They found that they preferred the longer heal time over risking other new players at their skill level failing heal skill checks.

With the greater slowdown to Self Care coming, the alternative method of finding other survivors to heal them should be safer (without relying on their team bringing Bite the Bullet).
