Morphine: while useing a medkit with no addons to heal, u can use the item to apply both syringe and syptic, consuming all the charges does not work if the medkit has less than 50% charges, meaning built to last wont work with it every time
C4: where when u throw down a pallet and stun the killer the stun is up to 2x as long but destroys the pallet
And tactical reload: will fill half the tokens on other perks when in a locker for 12 seconds, but can only happen once per match after finishing a gen
