Here's a great Freddy rework idea
Give Freddy 2 instant dream snares in chase, but after the two he gets "exhausted" and you have a small debuff timer of 10 seconds, then buff their slowdown and make them last more than once.

Any rework is better than his current power, but this one actually sounds decent. I'd be on board with it.
