Simply put, add a toggle where you can pick a basic loadout to switch between on all characters not just the one you have selected just for "I forgot to put something on and there's 5 seconds on the timer" moments

    So like the pre-built load out settings where you can set up some builds and if you forget to select one for whatever you're doing you can quickly change to one?

    yeah with the prestiege thing, everyone's just gonna end up with all the perks on every character so might as well

    They implemented loadout's in the latest update. When you go to the build menu, you can see three slot on the top that has numbers 1, 2 and 3. And voilà..

    that would be a local loadout, as stated here, global loadout thay applies to every single survivor
