August would be my guess?
If the new chapter is 3 months from now, that would put it in September
Midchapter PTB could be on June 28th and full release on July 19th if they continue the usual schedule of 3 weeks between PTB-live-PTB-live.
though this is just speculation based on previous releases and not officially confirmed. Could always be a few days/weeks later.
