Cannot Buy Auric Cells

I've attempted several times now. I get the processing banner pop up and that's it, it just spins, does nothing.

Anyone else having this issue?

Hrm. Is it supposed to be charging our Steam wallet? I'm on PC.

I am having the same issue, I just added $20.00 to my steam wallet and it has literally been trying for 30 minutes to buy auric cells, it's quite annoying actually, I'm not sure how to fix this either.

At least I'm not the only one.

I submitted a ticket for it earlier today. I'll share response if there's a fix.

I managed to fix this issue by uninstalling Steam in its entirety and running it as administrator. It's a really inconvenient fix, especially if you have a lot of games installed, or have a poor internet connection, but that's what did it for me. Fortunately, I only have two other games installed besides DbD.

Haven't attempted this fix, really want to avoid it.

Still have heard nothing back yet. I literally am trying to give them my money, you think they'd be on top of it.

Yes, the overlay is enabled. Hold on while I make sure the power is on...
