the 40 perks change will come out with the anniversary?.
the changes were also said to be "massive" and also not only to perks but to base game, so im actually worried about what they are gonna do and how will this affect the actual gameplay of camping/tunneling and also gen rushing wich is the direct consecuence of camping and tunneling in most cases.
