Legion Still Needs Changes

Current Legion

  • The current Legion is mostly optimal in terms of their gameplay and there's almost nothing about them that necessarily needs a change, aside from quality of life touches and updates.

The Problems

  • The problems only really stem with one balance issue and several issues regarding their characters. The balance issue is that they can consume their charges while picking Survivors up in Frenzy.
  • Another problem is that the Legion still doesn't feel like The Legion, but more so Frank and Julie only.

The Solutions

  • The Legion no longer depletes their entire power gauge when picking a Survivor up in Feral Frenzy.
  • The Legion now has proper voice actors for Susie and Joey.
  • The Legion now has new walking animations for Julie, Susie and Joey based on their personalities.
  • The Legion can now equip up to 3 Secondary add-ons.
    • These Secondary add-ons can only be any of the 5 Mixtape add-ons.
    • Secondary add-ons will not apply their normal effects to The Legion's power. Instead, they will only apply the musical change to the chase theme that accompanies them.
    • Secondary add-ons will not be consumed by The Entity upon the Trial's completion, as they aren't used for their intended effects. This will allow players to really have fun jamming to their favorite combination of The Legion's tunes and beats.
  • The Volunteering (Susie) and Devil-May-Care (Joey) sets are now base game cosmetics, completing the feel of The Legion being a group of four teens, and giving players the ability to pick their favorite member from the get-go.
    • Any player who has purchased these with Auric Cells or Iridescent Shards would be refunded.

What should have been done back on the PTB is now a reality with these changes, if implemented. If only they could be. At least the first change, because the fact the power gauge depletes on a pick up is some outright bullsh-
