Is there a way to disable head turning left and right?

I like to take screenshots in the game and wanted to know if it is possible to disable or stop the survivor's head from turning left and right when looking in those directions. I appreciate any help with this.

    Emote and right after the animation ends you can take a quick screenshot.

    I've tried doing that but its a bit frustrating especially when you're not trying to spend too much time doing it. If I remember back when I first started playing I don't think the survivor heads moved left and right when looking. Its neat that they do it now but I think there should be a way to disable this for better screenshots.
