Multiple options for Frank's Mix Tape buff/rework

Currently, Frank's Mix Tape wants you as Legion to use Feral Frenzy to not chase survivors directly, and this is just a bad idea, even if you build around the addon. Here are some ways to either change the playstyle of the addon, or make it a more viable tactic.

  1. Double the numbers on both current effects: 40% faster gen kicking and 60% faster wall kicking. Boring and honestly maybe not even enough, but would be helpful. If it's not enough, also make it so you can see scratch marks while Feral Frenzy is active.
  2. Make it an addon all about enhancing/rewarding Legion's free-running theme. After vaulting a window/pallet in Feral Frenzy, you move whatever% faster for 1-3 seconds, non-stackable with itself.
  3. In addition to it's current effects, make it apply an Eruption-style effect on every generator kicked while Feral Frenzy is active, and kicking generators/walls extends your power by 2 seconds.
  4. Instead of pausing your power when you kick a gen/door, instead if you are kicking a gen/door when your power ends, you come out of your power at the end of the animation without going through the stun. This lets you get back in the chase a little faster if things aren't going your way.
