Tome Challenge Bugged, Not Gaining Progress

[Xbox Series X] Currently trying to complete the level 2 tomb challenge "Exposed Target" however I'm not gaining any progress on it despite performing the condition needed. I was playing Myers and downed more than 4 survivors while they were exposed and didn't gain any progress on this tomb challenge.

    The problem is Myers. For some reason on Myers only hitting exposed survivors isn't counting towards challenge progress.
