Little buff/QoL change for Coup De Grace
CdG is a very fun perk limited by the very few uses and the fact that losing tokens on not powered up lunges is quite common.
My suggestion is to make it so you don't lose a token instantly as soon as you start a lunge, but only if you hold M1 for more than the standard duration of a lunge (which iirc is 0.3s).
With this change you wouldn't lose a token unless you effectively get the effect of the perk, and it would be possible to play normally without going out of your way to not waste them.

There needs to be an easier way to get Tokens
I'd prefer it if it gave a gradually increasing lunge, like an extra 15% per token, and remove the token loss, making it like fire up
