I under stand prestige 1 get all killers with the perk with tier 1 then you can get tier 2 and 3 in

In the blood web but if you pestight 2 do you get all killers with tier 2 with out using the blood web then the same fot tier 3 so you dont have to use the blood web at all if you just prestige?

    Yep. If you P3 then you get the tier 3 perks on all characters.

    From my understanding, it seemed like that's what they intend to do.

    You will still need to use bloodweb for add-ons and general perks. But yeah, teachable perks will open on all characters, you will not need to search them on bloodweb.

    You'll also be able to buy Tier 2 and Tier 3 versions in the Shrine of Secrets.

    As an example:

    If the new Resident Evil-Killer comes out and you have all other Killers at P3, the new Killer will start with all teachables on Tier 3, but you will need to do a few Bloodwebs to get the general Perks and their own teachables.

    Once you brought the new Killer to P3, every other Kill will have the new Perks at Tier 3 as well.

    And if you are a completionist, but dislike to play some Killers, you will never have to play them again. E.g. I have all Perks and P3-50 on my Hag, but I hate to play her. So if a new Killer releases, I will just bring them to P3, have all their Perks on Hag and dont need to play a single game of Hag anymore.
