Suggestions:

·Increase the timer from 60sec (mediocre effect) to 80sec to make it decent and more viable.

·If a player heals himself he will also scream revealing his position and will be affected by oblivious. (This is 100% needed to counter current meta of self healing with CoH, Self-Care, medkits and so on)

·Remove the useless condition of being away from the healed survivor in order to be affected by oblivious.


Alternative suggestion:

·Survivors scream when they start healing and will be affected by oblivious in that precise moment (keep the timer to 60sec in this case)

Since the perk only works when you are 32m away from the killer, they still have time to finish healing. Killers can try to interrupt heals with this variant. This variant could be also interesting in combination with Sloppy Butcher, Nurse's Calling or Coulrophobia if they decide to heal inside your terror radius.
