I'm not really a fan of wads that drastically change the appearance/gameplay of Doom, just small things like smooth weapon/demon animations and minor lighting changes.
You're kidding now but I've actually seen people saying that the Doom Slayer should come to the game.
It looks like it could be in one of the older Fallout games (3, New Vegas). But even then the older Fallout games look better than this.
