Ruin regressing even while gen is blocked.

Perks used: Repressed Alliance. Killer perks Ruin, Jolt, Merciless Storm, Thrilling Tremors
Map: Replicate on all maps to my knowledge. Tested on haddonfield, thompson house, azarov's resting place
Frequency: Every game that was tested
Bug is that regression seems to take place with certain gen blocking perks. Perks affected are Repressed Alliance and Thrilling Tremors, Ruin and Jolt were able to regress through both. Merciless Storm was not affected
I tried to upload a video, but it was too big.
edit: I linked a video showcasing the effect of ruin and repressed alliance, Merciless storm does not allow regression when blocked from either ruin or jolt. Thrilling is the same as repressed

i had someone testing the bug with me and i'm not really sure how to edit their name and stuff out, i'm no good with editing software. the bug is easy to replicate, since it seems to happen regardless of map or survivor/killer choice
edit: I ended up just clipping part of the longer video i made showing one of the interactions
I wasn't able to test DMS, but yeah, it makes that combo completely broken if so. It sucks, repressed alliance is one of my favorite perks and it's already so niche, this makes it unusable if they have any regression other than pop
Jolt/surge is supposed to remove progress even from blocked generators (but not pain resonance) from how is has always worked. But it should completely stop the regression of gens.
If there is regression through "DeadLocked-gen" too, this is a huge issue for the game
Yeah I’ve seen this happening as well. Please fix
