Slowdown perks actually just makes skill gap bigger, not smaller.
Pretty much all of them does nothing if survivors are way stronger than killer, while overwhelmingly powerful if killer can hook survivors quickly.
The truth is if survivors are losing due to slowdown perks, they will lose even if killer chose to use other perks.
