Unable to do anything other than move and pan camera

Step 1 play game

Step 2 aim gun

Step 3 character froze. Unable to attack or do anything action other than moving and panning camera. Second match I played and this happened. When I allowed a pallet stun, he made noise and then I heard a chain reeling noise for like 5 seconds but nothing changed. My movement speed was even as if I was aiming yet that was not shown on my screen. My screen showed as if I was just walking about

Platform: ps4

Character: deathslinger

Map: red forest, just played him on this map with no problems

Mood: annoyed asf this game is constantly bugged out.

Am attempting another match before I decide to reset game.
