Boil over change ideas

I had a few ideas on ways to change boil over so that its good but not overpowered and annoying. I would change boil over in one of 2 ways along with the effect of obscuring hook auras it should also

1. Decrease the killers movement Speed while carrying the survivor by 5 or 8%

Or

2. Increase the recovery time from missed attacks while carrying the survivor by 50%

The numbers could be tweaked a bit but I feel boil over should instead have one of these 2 effects. What do you think?

    Do you know this is a killers forum? Expect something like .. boil over should give survs 50 blood points if the killer hook you or something like that
