Territorial Imperative, Hoarder, Spies from the Shadows, Monitor & Abuse.

+32m away from the shack. The perk icon never lit up or made a noise or went on cooldown.

The survivor in the basement was unhooked. It was not a self-escape; another survivor was there and the unhooked survivor had Endurance from Borrowed Time.

    PC 5.7.1, Territorial Imperative almost worked, though the build was different:

    Demogorgon with Territorial Imperative, Make Your Choice, Iron Grasp and Agitation. No add-on.

    Only once, I couldn't hear the noise. It was when a crouched survivor moved into the basement.

    The issue may depend on the gaming machine or the perks. Another possibility is that the distance was not 32m away.
