Why does survivor not make breathing noises while injured?
This is something that has bothered me for a long time. It's not even just when you have iron will, you just don't make any breathing noises. Is this a bug or something?

At this point I don’t even remember whether it’s a bug or not but it should change regardless.
Ok I guess that makes sense, kinda. But that doesn't really explain the case for iron will.
Bug that's been in the game for like 5 years but when DS is bugged it's patched next day lol
