Idk but the offerings do virtually nothing if you don't get chased a lot
DbD Mobile was developed from the bottom up by a separate development team. So it's got a bunch of things that are different from the PC version, including how the bloodweb works, custom matches against bots, how the mission log works, etc. Honestly DbD Mobile is a great version of the game, the only reason I don't play it is that trying to control a killer on the tablet is a nightmare. But I'd love to see some of the Mobile features make their way some day to the PC version.
The xp offerings are cool survivors actually have a ultra rare offering
The developers on mobile are more talented and passionate than the devs on the main game.
Also they're a different company.
Afaik perks and levels of the characters in dead by daylight mobile are tied to xp earned ingame not bloodwebs. Xp earned in game levels up characters to earn perks at every level, bonus xp earnes you those levels faster so you can grind out perks faster.
The Chinese/South East Asian version also has loot crates with free cosmetics (they're easily obtainable for free and you rarely have to buy them unless you want like a massive amount), Ultra rare full skins in their own rift, quick chat communications, a separated Rank and Quick Play mode, and ultra graphical settings ( higher graphics that have like RTX n ######### past even PC ultra)
Because leveling is how you get perks in mobile.
the blood web is only for items and addons.
