Buff idea for Off the Record
Currently this perk is quite underwhelming: it can activate a maximum of two times and the reduction of grunts of pain is completely outclassed by Iron Will. So I thought of a very simple buff that could increase a lot the value of this perk: allow it to activate also when unhooking others. This way it could see more use throughout the match, rewarding altruistic plays.
