    I think if you own the character and unlocked it via the characters blood web, the text remains unaltered. My Steve and Nancy perks still have the original text as well I believe

    If you got the perks naturally through the web without the characters, then it has more generic descriptions

    Well then I am glad that I still have something so memorable. Will I lose it if I upgrade Jolt to tier 3?

    You don't lose anything if you owned the perks before the removal.

    You keep the text and picture the only thing that changed is the name.
