Anyone Else Unable To Play A Match? (SOLVED)

Just curious as to whether anyone else is having this issue or if it's just me.
Lobby fills, counts down and then either hangs at a certain number of seconds left, or I get the 'The Lobby Has Been Closed Due To An Unexpected Situation' error.
