One that reduces the FOV for survivors when in the killers TR?

Would it be worth running? Thoughts?

So when hooked or when using insidious you see the black flame thing come up on both sides of the screen... say that happens when the killer is using the perk to the survivor when inside the killers TR

It'd be useless in the high ranks. I'd suggest a perk that forces a windows update everytime on the survivors that blind at a pallet.
