Should Open Handed have its own effect?

Title. This is the only perk in the game that literally does nothing on its own. That is a very bad perk design.

What if it also showed your aura to other survivors within a 32m radius while in chase? Or conversely, their auras to you in their close chases?

    Honestly yes, it should.

    Open Handed increases all aura reading ranges by 8m/12m16m. While within 32m of another survivor, any auras they see will also be shown to you, and any auras you see will be shown to them.

    I think that's fair.

    It is bad perk, so i will say yes.

    Why not. To be fair, I don't mind that there are perks designed to be combined with other perks. Vigil has the same spirit with a much more impactful effect.
