Basically people will just be giving props to their friends to get the extra bonus and still making all the same unnecessary reports and complaints about their opponents.
I think its fine to reward props if given but it shouldn't have any effect on match making.
A system that pairs players based on post game reports relies on those reports being credible. You can't trust that they are because people will report you for anything even imagined slights they themselves cook up in their head.
