Did the legion get buffed? This video shows a match where the legion has no add-ons or offerings but is able to down people in one hit:

I never got a chance to report him in-game.
Hopefully one or all of your teammates reported. The only buff legion is getting definitely can't do that.

That looks like hacks. There's no addons that give Legion one hit downs with his power. Nobody had the exposed effect. Most likely he was hacking.
