Enable to kill one of the last 2 survivors that you have hooked. I just suggested this cause it's probably the most useless offering in the game.

id say it should work with the obsession instead.
so, you can mori the obsession, once it has been hooked.
would also kinda counter out DS in a way + Dying Light wouldnt require you to use a green mori anymore.
