New Mannequin killer idea/suggestion (not flushed out enough for Creations category)
The killer doesn't need to be a mannequin themself, but they could have mannequins around the map that the killer can relocate to. The mannequins passively relocate when the survivors are not looking at them, and inflict the Oblivious effect while survivors are looking at them.
