Build up Condemned status while Sadako is in view?
I was thinking, if it turns out Sadako's Condemned ability still needs more of a buff, an interesting way to do it would be to make it so any survivor that had Sadako in their view passively builds Condemned status as if they had a video tape in their possession. It would make it so that survivors would be pushed to actively worry about actually looking directly at her while doing gens or running away or hiding, etc.
(I've made a similar suggestion before for a Medusa style killer that inflicts conditions on survivors who have it their view, but it also seems to fit the Sadako theme as well of cursing people who watch her.)
