Matchmaking range is too wide at peak hours

As the title says, the acceptable matchmaking range is way too wide at peak hours. I just came out of a 15 minute survivor game in which my teammates crouched and did nothing. 2 gens were completed. I have nearly 4000 hours. I should not be matched with players who barely know how to play the game. I don't care that I've been in queue for 7+ minutes. Why would I want to waste another 15 minutes in an unwinnable game? Is that considered fun? I'd rather sit in queue for another 5 minutes for a playable match.

I feel like I post this every other week. It's ridiculous. Stop wasting your vet players' time.
