Obviously not since that would be unfair for those actually on zero?? You should go down to your real MMR by normal gameplay.
(but well. MMR actually doesn’t work properly and the matchmaking favors shorter Lobby times over fitting MMR ratings. And the game is just heavily balanced towards survivors if every player knows what they are doing in a match)
