What is the current punishment for DC as survivor?

When I play Killer it doesn't happen that often that a player DC.
But I'd like to know what their punishment is when they do?

  • You have to pass a certain (high) percentage of DC/total games within a certain amount of time, then the system will trigger and you will get banned for some time that increases if you already got banned.

That rate is quite difficult to pass though and besides of that, there are no punishments at all. Thats the reason why DCing is pretty common in DBD

2 fat de-pips, my friend. Loss of any items and offerings, as well as any and all blood points acquired during the match.
  • If you DC past a certain unknown percentage of games (nobody knows what it is or if it's high or low, so ignore Master's comment), you get a ban. For each ban you also lose items and offerings that you may have used in the trial, all BP that you gained during the trial, and a couple pips.

unless you magically lost power to your system by "accident" then its like the game never happened and its said that you dont lose items add ons or rank but its all "theoretical" of course

Actually we know that the dc percentage must be under 30% since the dev add to change it after Mathieu cote goofed on stream and said the percentage was 30% forcing the dev to lower the bar to an unknow number to prevent people from tracking how much they can dc and still avoid getting banned

people would still track to make sure it stayed above 30%

Could go either way, you don't know.
