These changes should make these unpopular perks useful.
Lightborn - protect from Lightburn
Overwhelming Presence - This effect lingers for 15 seconds when leaving Overwhelming Presence's range.
Coulrophobia - This effect lingers for 15 seconds when leaving Coulrophobia 's range.
Beast of Prey - This effect lingers for 15 seconds
Hangman's Trick - Near the hook, the survivors suffer from Blindness and Exhausted
Sloppy Butcher - On hit, it also imposes a Deep Wound
Lethal Pursuer - Activate by button

Hangmans should make hooks take longer to sabotage
Clausterphobia I think should work like Fired Up, each time a generator is completed a random window and pallet gets blocked for the rest of the game.
