From when survivors can carry 2 items? From which update

Ex the new tape and a flashlight

That can't home 2 regular items

Only 1 red(from killer powers, archives) and 1 regular

    It’s currently only on the PTB and it only works with the tape as it is a very special item which doesn’t even get a visual portrayal in the survs hand. It’s more or less a status effect on the surv that gets displayed as an item in the UI.
