Does Vigil work on perks like Haunted grounds

So I know it can't work on Micheal or Ghostface because the expose status doesn't have a timer but about perks that have timer so for example Haunted grounds does the exposed status last as long as the timer on the perk is ruining or does it lower the timer for you

Yes it works against Haunted. It cuts it down to approximately 46 seconds assuming both perks are tier 3.
