Can i go to another region to play dbd?

I wish dbd had some kind of server that could be switched to another region, i have a friend in england but our region is different so when i play with it, the ping delay i have is 2 seconds (300ms), i hope dbd has some kind of feature or solution, maybe a vpn can help me?

    The reason you have a high ping is because you are connected to region where your friend is, if you connect to a region you have a good ping and your friend plays with you, he will have a bad ping.

    By the laws of physics there will be always a delay for either him or you based on the distance you both have to each other. So nothing, except travelling to engalnd, will help.
