Every grade reset happens on the 13th every month, and yes you can get 2 million points if you reach iridescent 1 grade for both Survivor and Killer before the season is over.
Thank you, and one last question do you know the timezone + time it resets by any chance?
Unfortunately, i do not know when exactly, it also varies from timezone to timezone iirc.
Best thing to do is to just keep an eye out.
