PLEASE FIX BUBBA"S BUGS!!!!

Since TWINS DLC (1 year ago) Bubba is bugged in many ways! Please fix that finally!!!

1) Carburetor Tunning Guide should decreases your movement speed by 2.00% during a Chainsaw Sweep, but this addon tremendously decreases your movement speed.

It's not 2.00%, during a half Chainsaw Sweep Cannibal is slower than Survivor!

2) Cannibal doesn't have reduced Chainsaw cooldown after successful Chainsaw Attack

It should be 2.00 seconds cooldown, but it's 3-3,5 seconds, something like that!

3) Sometimes Bubba's Chainsaw sound is silent
