Myers should have different vault animations depending on how fast he vaults

It always seemed pretty hilarious that his default animation is just sped up, especially when he vaults faster by base kit, it would be really nice if Michael got some unique vault animations depending on how fast he vaults, so it doesn't look hilarious.

    Yeah, he should do a Michael Jackson dance move in Tier I, standard animation in Tier II and Legion's animation in Tier III
