DBD Survivors vs Survivors from other games

Ok what do you guys think? I always say that the Dead by Daylight Survivors have one of the hardest times and are "true" survivors "gameplay" wise because they have no weapons other than a knife that temporarily stuns the Killer, Flashlights and they're intuition and ability to adapt is various situations. Now this is debatable but I feel that the Soul at Stake Survivors take the #1 spot. Yes its true that that they outrun they're Killers and have some very temporary vanishing ability but they have No Weapons so lets compare.

Survivors

Resident Evil Outbreak (Files 1 & 2)

  • A number of weapons these Survivors are able to find including Knifes, Iron poles, Brooms Handguns, Shotguns, Grenade Launchers and Maltov Cocktails for the most part.
  • Each Survivor has something that makes them unique such as Yoko being able to carry 4 additional items because of her bag, Alysa being able to pick locks, George being able to do Doctor things like carrying pills for status alignments, Kevin being able to aim his handgun, giving him a stronger shot and precision, Cindy being able to carry a case of First Aid Sprays (broken) and so on
  • have a good number of gestures and AD libs to communicate with eachother
  • Have unique evasion moves (broken)
  • Have encounters with zombies, infected animals and creatures and deadly BOW (Biological Organic Weapons)

Soul At Stake

  • Can outrun they're Killers (Devils)
  • Can instantly vanish for a limited time
  • Use they're intuition and adaptability to get them through situations (No weapons not even a knife)
  • At 30% or lower once grounded they can be killed
  • Survivors can get stunned by a Bell being wielded by the Devils

Operation Racoon City

  • Swat and Stars Units
  • Must survive amongst other things a batch of Mass Produced T-103's
  • Various Military weapons
  • Heals via First Aid Sprays and Herbs

Last Year: The New Nightmare

  • Highschool Kids that are technically adept and sound.
  • A part type of game as Survivors can respawn after being killed
  • Game past the beta stage of development

Dead BY Dayight (No Survive With Friends as that is not realistic)

  • Are overall slower than Killers with the exception of Nurse and Tier 1 Myers (without Bloodlust)
  • Only have Knifes and Flashlights as weapons
  • Use they're intuition and adaptability to get them through situations
  • Can point and gesture each other to "come on" or "come this way"
  • Can withstand falls from great heights and sustain 0 injury
  • Are agile and mobile (Dead Hard, Vaults)
  • Are technically sound (Generators)
  • Must escape through an exit gate or a hatch
  • Can become blind, bleed to death, sacrificed, Butchered and Mangled
  • Heals through themselves, a Medikit, or other Survivors

Friday the 13TH
_ Survivors have a number of weapons to use against Jason such as Bear Traps, Bat, Stun Guns, Knifes, a Shotgun (Tommy Jarvis) and so on

  • FT13TH Survivors get exhausted after running for too long and must jog afterwards
  • Are good swimmers
  • Are technically sound (Car repairs boat and surge repairs)
  • Can escape via car, boat or through the cops
  • Can be butchered in various ways by Jason

So which survivors you feel or think are the hardest to play gameplay wise and story wise who goes through the most?

Comments

  • There are people that say that The Soul at Stake Survivors are broken and that much better than they're Killers just because they run faster than them but i disagree. I haven't played Soul At Stake but i've seen some high level games. The Gamblers can definetley be caught consistently

  • The DbD Survivors can't actually die thanks to the Entity reviving them, so there's that.

  • im sorry to show you this but...

Im talking about In Game as well as story. If thats true about DBD Survivors thats not a very realistic story tbh. Seems like it would be like Last Year but Last Year would be far worse because these kids are just simply respawning with no explanation as to how or why. Then again its a party horror game

    Realistic or not, it's there.
They get stabbed on the hook, then wake up at the campfire.
