PC - Missing 13 DLC characters
On 01/27 (two days after 5.5.0 patch) I launched DBD to find that 13 of my purchased DLC characters are missing. By missing, I mean that I am unable to play them. When I click on one of these characters, I get prompted to purchase them. I contacted support but it seems like there is a lack of attention/response to my case, so I'm reaching out here (I sent a support ticket 01/27 and no progress has been made as of 02/02). I've also verified the integrity of my files but my missing DLCs are still not restored.
Survivors missing: Elodie, Felix, Cheryl, Jeff, Ace, Laurie
Killers missing: Twins, Blight, Executioner, Legion, Cannibal, Hag, Shape
Date and time: 01/27 approx. 10PM PST
Screenshots: You can see in my screenshot of Cheryl that she's wearing the cosmetic I last equipped, which was also a purchased cosmetic. I've also attached screenshots of my survivor/killer page which show the characters greyed out.
